Consumer protection
In accordance with current legislation, Arç Cooperativa provides a complaints and claims service safeguarding the legal rights and interests of the consumer.
This service is obliged to resolve complaints and claims in a period of no longer than two months. Having exhausted this route, you can contact the Spanish Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones).
