In accordance with current legislation, Arç Cooperativa provides a complaints and claims service safeguarding the legal rights and interests of the consumer through AUNNA Asociación de Empresarios Corredores de Seguros.
This service is obliged to resolve complaints and claims in a period of no longer than one month after filing the claim.
Having exhausted this route, you can contact the Spanish Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones) at Paseo de la Castellana, 44 Madrid or through their website.
Arç Cooperativa provides a copy of its customer service rules to all users who request it.
